The Sabanci Foundation places particular emphasis on adding different 'lenses' to ensure a mainstreamed and integrated approach to the Foundation's work among the three target groups of women, youth and persons with disabilities. In practice, this translates to adding a 'youth lens' to work within the fields of women and persons with disabilities, a 'gender lens' to work within the fields of youth and persons with disabilities; and a 'disability lens' to work within the fields of women and youth.
Developing Program Strategy and Grant Programs
Sabanci Foundation adopts the following strategy when designing program strategy and grant programs. After each ‘adjustment’ phase, we link back to the start of the process and use those inputs to adjust the new strategy.
