Ihsan Sabanci Technical and Vocational High School for Girls, commissioned in 1978, has been established on a total area of 2,037 square meters and has a closed area of 1,778 square meters.

The School, which has been built by Sabanci Foundation and endorsed over to the Ministry of National Education, was named after Haci Omer Sabanci's eldest son, Ihsan Sabanci. 

Ihsan Sabanci Practical Trade School for Girls, continuously provides full-time education and training for throughout the year. In addition to the 4-year education and the vocational classes, the school also provides general classes to enable students get prepared for higher education institutions.

Ihsan Sabanci Technical and Vocational High School for Girls aims to raise individuals who are capable of producing products according to the needs of the day and who can keep up with, perform and use the innovations in the related professional field. The school provides practical skills and training on sewing, embroidery, decoration and domestic sciences to girls of different age groups and to women.

The school is comprised of 6 regular floors and a terrace. There are 18 classrooms equipped with a computer and a projector, each with a capacity to hold 40 students; 2 computer laboratories, each with a capacity of 20 people, 6 workshops, administrative offices, accounting office, a library and a depot area at the school. There is also a Guidance and Psychological Consulting Department which provides service to the students in need of help.

The school which provides training and education in 6 fields also began applying programs of Anatolian High School beginning from the academic year of 2007-2008:

5. Hair Dressing and Skin Care
6. Food - Drink
    

Ihsan Sabanci Technical and Vocational High School for Girls, which operates in the same building, provides various training workshops in accordance with the demands and needs of the students. Some of these classes are: Basic Clothing, Child Clothing, Macrame, Pants, Blouses, Glass Painting, Furnishing, Jewelry, Knitting, Braid Embroidery, Pastry, Wood Painting, Fabric Painting, Cooking, Computer, Hair Dressing.

Classes may be enriched according to the demands of the trainees.

Due to  the increase of the student population, Ihsan Sabanci Technical and Vocational High School for Girls Dormitory with a capacity of 150 students has been allocated starting from the academic year 2010-2011.
