Large Hall in the first unit has a capacity of 518 people. With its stage where state-of-the-art techniques can be applied and its large foyer area, it is suitable for all kinds of cultural and art events such as plays, opera and ballet performances, concerts, and exhibitions. It has an orchestra pit with removable roof, 250 square-meter large stage, and 12x16 meter stage dimensions. It has all kinds of facilities to host various activities from musicals to large projects with its freight elevator connected to the stage and 6x8 meters cine-vision screen.

In the second unit, there is the Small Hall, with a capacity of 123 people. It has a 75 square-meter stage area and acoustical stage setup. The Hall, with its 75 square-meter stage area, acoustical stage setup, impressive lighting system and seats with orthopedic comfort, can easily compete with the convenience of the Large Hall. Special class rooms for all fields of the Conservatory, study rooms, workshops, 4 ballet studios, seminar and orchestra rooms, art gallery, administration and academic staff rooms are also available in the Palace. There is one piano in each studio.

Sabanci Culture Palace, which can easily be accessed either by land or by sea, enables the conservatory students to be trained in the best and the most modern ways. The foyers located on the third, fourth, and fifth floors, including the entrance foyer, are used for exhibitions. Additionally, it is equipped to accommodate all cultural and arts events organized in Izmir.

Plays by famous theater groups, as well as panels, concerts, special events are organized in Sabanci Cultural Palace.
