Nevgül Bilsel Safkan

General Manager of Hacı Ömer Sabancı Foundation

Nevgül Bilsel Safkan graduated from the Austrian High School in 1989, the İstanbul University School of Business Department of Business Administration in English Language in 1993, and the Boğaziçi University Executive MBA Program in 2003. Starting her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen, she went on to work as a CFO for Karma International, Superonline, Paxar, MarSA and TeknoSA, and as a General Manager for KlikSA, HotelsPro, and Dyson/Hakman Elektronik. 

Safkan has been working as General Manager for the Sabancı Foundation since September 2018 and serving as Member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee as well.

Safkan is also Board Member of Third Sector Foundation of Turkey and Education Reform Initiative.
