The resource rooms are opened in schools by Provincial or District National Education Directorates to support the educational processes of students with special educational needs. Researches and workshops revealed that there is a problem in creating the resource rooms for the purpose, there is a lack of materials, there is a problem in preparing an individualized training program and finding a sample program, and teachers do not want to take part in the resource rooms due to lack of information. Professional development studies should be done to improve the physical conditions of the resource rooms and to prepare special education and individualized education programs for teachers.
