Kafkas University Women’s Issues Research Center: Step by Step: Walking toward Equality

Target Audience

50 women who cannot read and write, 60 literate women between ages of 25-44, 50 women (primary and secondary graduates) between ages of 18-25

Project Summary

This project aims to provide training regarding rights (especially inheritance rights) and awareness regarding domestic violence issues in five local villages. A total of 160 women selected within the scope of the project will be trained on their rights, violence against women and inheritance for 4 hours in their villages. A collective training session will be held once a week at the district center bringing together all the participants.
