Metin Sabanci Schools İstanbul

Metin Sabanci Schools commenced services in the academic year of 2011-2012 within the Metin Sabanci Center Commissioned by the Sabanci Foundation, the schools have a closed area of 3.680 square meters, and their usage rights have been transferred to Turkish Spastic Children Foundation.

Metin Sabancı Schools has started operating as state schools under the Ministry of National Education from the 2025-2026 academic year.

Children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, children with mild, moderate and severe mental disabilities and children with more than one disability are educated in Metin Sabanci Schools. The schools which were established on the ideal of integrating children with special needs to society and making a difference in their lives offer training at preschool, primary and secondary school levels.

The school implements the Ministry of National Education's special education program for children with special needs. This program is enriched with technology-supported special education, physiotherapy applications, sensory integration studies, sports, art, and music activities. In addition, students' daily living skills are supported through activities carried out in the kitchen workshop, mini-market, and practice house. The total student capacity of Metin Sabanci Schools is 128.
