The building, which was previously used as a branch office of Akbank, has been repaired and maintained in 1993 and turned into a teacher center by Sabanci Foundation after the branch office was closed. The usage rights of the service building, entitled.

Sabanci Teachers Center has a hall with a capacity of 25 people, used both as a library and a recreation room, and a club house with a capacity of 70 people. The Teachers house is an important place for the district since there are no other meeting halls available.

One of the most important features of Sabanci Teachers Center is the home environment that it provides. The house provides accommodation for the guests of the festival organized in the district.
