Ministry of Education Sakıp Sabancı Meeting Hall Ankara

The opening ceremony, held in the Ministry of National Education, hosted Mr. Huseyin Celik, the minister of National Education, Ms. Turkan Sabanci, the parliament members representing Kayseri and Adana.

 

Mr. Huseyin Celik, the Minister of National Education, made a speech in the opening ceremony and stated that both the education communities and Turkey are missing Mr. Sakip Sabanci very much. Stating that the word “Sakip” means piercing through the dark and glowing wildly, Mr Celik stated the following: “Mr. Sakip Sabanci was a man identified with his name. It was not only his money but also his heart that he dedicated to education, which is a matter of a bright future for Turkey.”

Sakip Sabanci Meeting Hall, with a capacity of 90-seats, was established for meetings, conferences and seminars held within the central building of the Ministry of National Education, and is equipped with all the necessary technical equipment for delivering presentations, such as projection machine, curtain, microphone etc.
