Belkis Sabanci Student Dormitory Bolu
The Religious Vocational School, located in Gerede, had become insufficient to meet the accommodation needs of the residential students.
In order to meet this need Sabanci Foundation has built Belkis Sabanci Student Dormitory, the proprietorship of which belongs to Gerede Municipality, and has transferred its usage rights to the Ministry of National Education.
The Dormitory, having a capacity of 200 students, provides service both to the students of the Religious Vocational School and the students of other schools.
At the hostel, built to provide all kinds of needs of the students, there is a kitchen, a cafeteria with a capacity to serve 200 people, a library, 3 separate study rooms, a multi-purpose assembly with a capacity of 200 people in addition to the dormitories.
Additionally, every year theatrical activities, contests, and conferences are organized by the students.
