Effective August 1, 2011 Ms. Filiz Bikmen formerly Manager of Programs at Sabancı Foundation, has been appointed Director of Programs and International Relations

Having earned a dual degree in Psychology and Business Communications from Brockport College, Ms. Bikmen completed her Masters degree in Organizational Psychology at Columbia University. Ms. Bikmen worked as a change management consultant at the Union Bank of Switzerland and Andersen Consulting in New York City, then at Citibank and IncubaTR in Turkey. From 2002-2008 she worked as Director of the Third Sector Foundation of Turkey (TUSEV) and served as an Advisor for Sabanci Foundation in 2007 until joining as the Manager of Programs in 2008.
